The Diversity & Leadership Club will play a significant role in helping students feel right-at-home in a majority-white high school. Although the club is designed to provide cultural awareness, leadership affirmation, and social justice literacy. Students within the club will become strong support systems to one another, maximizing their academic potential and building a solid plan for self-efficacy and autonomy.
